Chris specialises in new process implementation; from optimising the initial design to ensure it can be easily manufactured, to the post-production support and plant handover. During his time in the automotive industry, he has worked on an array of process introductions for a range of major OEMs and has led many improvement activities. Chris has also spent time developing and studying Industry 4.0 systems and methods to prepare for the future of industry.

Throughout his time in industry he has worked in a number of roles within a typical manufacturing plant from production to quality and new process implementation. He has also worked with teams from the US, EU, and China in person and remotely.
